Midnight Foundation ETS processes common personal data, relating in particular to identification data (name, surname, gender, date and place of birth, tax code, etc.), contact details (email address, telephone number, address), IT data (registration and service usage logs, authentication credentials).

The personal data collected is processed for the registration of the initiative, for statistical processing, and for subscription to the newsletter, for sending and promotion of events, for sending of informational and promotional material for awareness initiatives and fundraising activities of Midnight Foundation ETS and will not be transferred to third parties or transferred to countries outside the EU.
